Mayor Tom George, awarding the Mayor's Choice Award. (staff photo)
The winner was a beautiful 1963 Yellow Cadillac, built by a Chopper Club Member.

Ruth and Jerry Koeningsmark registering rodder. (staff photo)
Ruth is seated behind the box, Jerry is the guy looking back in
black with the very cool sunglasses.

Mark T's Volvo 122, Deb OB's 77 Mini, and a brand new Chevy SSR from
new LMS member and supporter, Fairchild Chevrolet. (staff photo)
The car was a real crowd draw, Tim from Fairchild kept apologizing
for the move from Lakewood, and telling us how much Bob Fairchild loved the city.
Rumor is they have a red SSR coming in soon, get your $40,000 ready.

We had a good crowd at the booth all day. Vendors should sign up early for next year! (staff photo)

OK LET'S CHECK OUT SOME CARS

I didn't realize that like dogs, owners sometime look like their cars! (staff photo)

Cool cars and people having fun as far as the eye can see. (staff photo)

Some cool cars, the Mayor's Choice Winner can be seen peeking out (staff photo)
from behind the black Ford with the nose raised. In front was
one of Jim OB's favorites.

This photo cannot do credit to how high the Ford was raised, and how much
the Mayor's Choice Cadillac was lowered. Both were beautiful. (staff photo)

It's easy to see why the Fire Department stopped by. Flames were everywhere. (Staff photo)

The name of the van in front is "FLAMED," while the next van in line had the
best sounding engine in the whole show. (Staff photo)

Fast floral delivery . (staff photo)

These are Hot Rods. As was pointed out to me by a member of the Choppers,
"Custom cars are for attracting the woman. Hot Rods are to get away from them." (Staff photo)

Mark T, a member of LMS checks out the car with the BIG GRILLE. (Staff photo)

Jerry Koenigsmark's 1932 Ford Hot Rod. Holding up the banner in the back are
members of Cleveland's Legendary Choppers. There are no words to describe how
cool this group is. Over 50 years of dedication to hot rodding and good fun. (Staff photo)

By midday the sun was shining bright and the party got into full swing. (Staff photo)

POP QUIZ - Is this a Hot Rod or a Custom Car? (staff photo)

The show featured; cars, new and old, trucks, new and old, motorcycles, new and old,
music, vendors, and good times for all. (Staff photo)

This Hot Rod being checked out by LMS member Mark T, was
the epitome of a Hot Rod. The flame job on the rusted body was done
in chalk for added effect.(Staff photo)

What Capsule could have been like 50 years ago.(Staff photo)

Flames and classics outside of Sullivan's. (Staff photo)

Cool Blue, next to Jerry's A-Bomb 32 Ford. (Staff photo)

50s Chevys are always cool, even hot ones like these two.(staff photo)

Told you we had Chevys!(staff photo)

Uncle Scratch provided a "Devil Free Zone". (Staff photo)

Lakewood's Finest did their usual great job with security. They also brought
